Catering services may require a deposit to hold the date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on event size, menu preparation, and staffing commitments.
Guest counts:Final guest counts must be submitted by the deadline provided on your event invoice or agreement.

2. Online Ordering & Payments
- Online orders and catering deposits are processed securely.
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Order Pickup
- All online orders are pickup only at the designated location.
- Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pickup time.
- If food is not picked up promptly, we cannot guarantee freshness or temperature safety.
- No refunds are provided for orders not picked up within the same business day.

Online Pickup Orders (Deli/Market)
- Orders canceled 24 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a refund.
- Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup may not be refunded due to food preparation and scheduling.
- Deposits may be non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of an event may be subject to additional charges for food already purchased or prepared and staffing already scheduled.
