Cancellations
- Orders canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund.
- Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup are not refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
- Catering deposits may be non-refundable.
- Changes or cancellations close to the event date may incur additional charges for food or labor already committed.
