The following meals are perfect for indoor or outdoor occasions. Many can be grilled live onsite, or prepared at our facility and delivered and served at your location.
Combination of Mexican Chicken, Pork Chili Verde, and Tri-Tip Ranchera. Served with refried beans, Spanish rice, Mexican corn salad, mixed field green salad with dressings, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese and warm tortillas. Chicken & Beef Fajitas or Chicken & Vegetable Enchilada Casseroles may be substituted for the meat combination.
Apricot-Glazed Boneless Pork Loin and Grilled Boneless Teriyaki Chicken Breast. Served with pineapple rice, sliced fruit trays, spring mix salad with dressings, and fresh Hawaiian rolls with butter.
Combination of Penne Pasta Pontalbo, Hot Italian Pasta, and Pasta Olio. Served with Italian vegetables, caesar salad, and our homemade garlic bread.
Boneless Pork Cutlets with gravy, seasoned to perfection, and homemade bratwurst with sauerkraut. Served with cabbage and noodles, spring mix salad with dressings, applesauce, and fresh baked rolls with butter.
Sliced roasted turkey and old fashioned honey-mustard glazed ham. Served with mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade stuffing, candied yams, mixed field green salad with dressings, cranberry sauce, and fresh baked rolls with butter.
Sliced assorted meat and cheese trays, hot wings and Italian sausage. Served with assorted breads and condiments, along with salsa, chips and guacamole.
